You always can go home… to your novel

I’d been away a long time almost two months I had a lot to do and I was getting very homesick for my angels and demons and just plain folks from Corlear Beach. Time started loosening up a bit and i got to spend some time with Fallon and Alastar and Sheila. And man did it ever feel good to go back to my novel to the plot intricacies to the romance and the various explosions, be-headings hot babes, and cold demons.

Publishing a magazine is fun, writing newsletters is fun and of course diving full time into the practice of law with my son as my assistant and colleague is sensational but walking around on Corlear breach and down in DUMBO and up on the Upper East side is unbelievable. It’s also really cool when I can make it rain, stop traffic and do all of those god like things that only the fiction writer is able to do.

I’ll keep you posted but I would also love to hear how it feels when you get back home to your novel after an absence.
